Spend the afternoon doing something great for yourself. Relaxation is the antidote to stress and this workshop will leave you completely relaxed. By shifting the nervous system we shift our perspective, opening up to a healthier and more balanced experience. Taking time out for ourselves is the best way to stay refreshed and connected to what matters most.
By using props to support the body in passive poses and finding comfort we are able to stay in each pose long enough to let go and find silence. Most importantly, you will have time to care for yourself and experience true rest.
Restorative Yoga is one of the most effective ways to calm down and process the negative physical effects of stress. If this pandemic has wreaked havoc on your mind and heart, if your body needs recovery from sleeplessness and tension then this is the practice for you.
Please have pillows and blankets or yoga props available, details will follow with booking. This course is open to students of all levels and recommended for pregnant women.
