In order to build sangha (community) I have decided to focus on courses so that you can develop your practice. Progress only comes with consistent practice, dropping in does not promote growth.
This course is open to serious students of yoga, teachers and movement enthusiasts. The group will be limited to no more than 12.
We will explore therapeutic yoga applications, Vinyasa Flow, Somatic movement, Anatomy, Restorative Yoga and Meditation.
You can join in person or via Zoom, all sessions will be recorded and group members (not the public) will have the option to view the recordings.
Our course will meet from September 9 – October 21 (7 weeks)
