SUMMARY:Pre & Post-Natal Yoga Course
DESCRIPTION:A course for moms of all stages. \nWednesdays 10-11:30 am (Vienna/CET) \nOctober 6 – December 8\, 2021 \n10 weeks \nThis is a group focused on helping us find our centre. Whether you’re a new mom\, about to be a mom or a longtime mom you are welcome to join this circle. \nThe physical yoga poses (asana)\, breathing practices (pranayama) and calming tools (relaxation/meditation/Restoratives) are all taught to suit each individual. I do this by starting our sessions with a check-in of 15 minutes for everyone to debrief me on their state. You can share as much or as little as you like. What you share informs which poses I teach you and helps me to keep the practice tailored to your needs with personal cues to help you take care of your body. It is a chance for you to be in a supportive communal space with other moms\, to share resources and be heard and seen just as you are. \nThrough the magic of zoom’s mute button those of you with children can have them with you the whole time. This is not a baby yoga class (we don’t sing songs or do massages for them) but I will say hi to your little ones and help you with breastfeeding posture check or baby entertainment ideas. \nNo yoga experience required\, just an open mind and interest in being present in your body. \nOur sessions will teach you these highlights: \n  \nAsana \n\nReleasing stress from the body through stretching and breath-initiated movement.\nStrengthening our connection to our spine\, core musculature and pelvic floor awareness.\nRelaxing ourselves through passive resting Restorative poses.\n\n  \nPranayama \n\nStress-reducing breath patterns to use in life\, not just on the yoga mat or during birth!\nBreathing for a healthy pelvic floor.\n\n  \nMeditation & Relaxation \n\nSetting the stage for mental and physical stillness.\nBeing present with ourselves.\nListening inward to strengthen intuition.\n\n  \nInvest in your wellbeing: \n€180 for 10 weeks of individualised teaching and group support. \nDuring these weeks you are welcome to email me concerning your practice and needs at anytime.
