This is a week to deepen your Yoga practice and spend time exploring the outer world of the island and your own inner world. Mornings begin with alignment-based Vinyasa Flow sequenced to accommodate all levels, even teachers. Meditation and workshop elements will enhance these sessions to help each individual better understand their anatomy and focus in different yoga postures. Also on offer will be journaling prompts, Partner Yoga and self-care massage techniques. Days are free to enjoy the beaches and village or rest by the pool at our hotel. Late afternoons we meet for Restorative, Yin and Meditation. Evenings are free to enjoy local Greek cuisine and as much or little group company as your soul desires. Midweek we will take a break from the yoga schedule for an optional boat excursion. Sarah brings her skill at holding space for the group and creating a yoga holiday that caters to adventure and rejuvenation. We will learn amazing adjustments to support your yogic journey and tools for living mindfully. Expect to leave refreshed and inspired, more connected to your self and at home in your body. Sarah’s classes are in English.
