To support you staying home during the Corona Pandemic I offer LIVE online classes via Zoom.  These classes that are FREE to artists and those of us that have lost our income, I ask that others donate what they can and remember that yoga teaching is my profession. Class packages, workshops and online courses all coming soon. . .

 

Mondays

1:30-2:30pm Pregnancy (partners welcome)

Yoga designed for pregnancy and birth preparation.

 

5:00-6:15pm Restorative

Starting with gentle movement and to release tension and finishing with total relaxation from passive Restorative poses. Great for all body types, even pregnancy.

 

Wednesdays

10:30-11:00am Restorative Pause

A simple formula for a break in your day: Restorative Pose + Guided Breathing + Mindfulness = Calm

 

6-7:15pm Flow & Restore

Flow & Restore combines the movement and flow of Vinyasa with the deep relaxation of ending with Restorative Yoga. This is the most effective way for people to feel the effect of a balanced yoga practice.

 

Fridays

9:00-10:15am Flow & Restore

A wake-up Flow & Restore class to start your day. Flow & Restore combines the movement and flow of Vinyasa with the deep relaxation of ending with Restorative Yoga. This is the most effective way for people to feel the effect of a balanced yoga practice. Do both session in a row for a full morning of yoga.

 

10:30-11:30am Pregnancy (partners welcome)

How:

At least 30 minutes before the start of class EMAIL me for the Zoom link and pay bank transfer. We meet online and if I can see you, I can teach you individualised instruction. It’s also great to see others in real time and build a sangha (community). Please sign in 10 minutes before we begin to test your camera and audio so we can start on time and have a chance to say hello before:)

How Much?

If your work is postponed/cancelled (umm, like me) then please only pay what you can. In other words, for all of my artist, musician and yogi friends who are without income during this crisis the classes are FREE.

For anyone with a secure income/ability to pay it’s €15.00/class and €6.00 for the short Restorative Pause session. If you want to pay more to help out those that can’t afford yoga now feel free to add more. 

 

Download Zoom and use a laptop for best image and sound. Once logged in you can choose whether I can see you (for personal adjustment tips!) through your camera settings. See you on the mat.

Mondays 4:30-5:30 pm Restorative 

Restorative yoga is a therapeutic style that uses props to support the body, encouraging deep relaxation. Using passive yoga asanas we let our nervous systems shift and enjoy the benefit of true rest. Different from more active styles, we will concentrate on surrendering our weight to supports and softening. This helps us to relieve the effects of negative stress encountered in daily life, and can be highly beneficial in times of fatigue, illness, and emotional strain. Our focus will be to calm and nurture ourselves on all levels during the class. The conscious relaxation techniques taught can be used outside of the yoga room as well, encouraging us to take our practice off the mat and into the world. For all levels including pregnancy.

End your week with the perfect blend of yoga. Flow & Restore combines the movement and flow of Vinyasa with the deep relaxation of beginning and ending with Restorative. This is the most effective way for people to feel the effect of a balanced yoga practice. Students are  able to relax, learn effective breathing techniques and have chance to move, all of which benefit our stressed out modern population!
